What is RedRover?
RedRover is the FOREX trading alert service that utilizes the NeuroFission (N
F) technology known as Intuitive Rationality
TM (IR). Intuitive Rationality, a dynamic new technological breakthrough, is cutting edge in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and is destined to redefine, 'profitability'.
This new generation of AI is the brainchild of Grant J. Renier, whose many impressive accomplishments and technological advances include founding five corporations in AI software, hardware, satellite communications, and e-commerce, as well as in PC applications and automobile components. Born of 27 years of research and development, IR has burst onto the AI scene as nothing less than the most remarkable data management/decision making system in history. Its ability to simulate human decision making in real time by utilizing both mathematics and the power of computers, supersedes previous technologies based on regression analysis, time series analysis, curve fitting, and repetitive pattern searches.
All were equally cumbersome as they relied on the analysis of historical information, in which data 'history' was utilized in the traditional mode, i.e., by formulating data projections based on collection and analysis of data over a long term time line. IR, on the other hand, uses a generic 'fast and frugal' logic, rooted in heuristics whose underlying philosophy is: less is more. IR, therefore, utilizes only a very short term history.
But what is fast and frugal logic? To understand this term, consider a decision tree that only asks a few yes-and-no questions, and allows for a decision after each question.
In other words, it establishes which of the data is the most important, or the best, to make itself most efficient in terms of decision making. Limited data, therefore, acts like a filter: it creates scarcity whose end result is efficient systematic development.
Applying this logic to NF's Intuitive Rationality demonstrates the purpose of this technology:
Give-Me-The-Best, and can be thought of as a cube, or, as having four dimensions:
- Dimension One: Signals - This dimension is the input of processing independent signals from remote signals. Here each data signal is independently processed by a library of generic algorithms (rule sets) over ranges of each time interval.
- Dimension Two: Time Intervals - This dimension deals with the time element of data and their collection into time intervals. A complete interval spans from the highest data point to the lowest, and includes the last interval.
- Dimension Three: Analytics and Ratings - IR's analytics are generic algorithms used to analyze each signal data input. The purpose of the rating system is to enable IR's alert system and to key its 'Give-Me-The-Best' user preference to continually recognize the highest rated events.
- Dimension Four: Time - This fourth interval is base-interval dependent, which means that
- One cycle of processing represents all inputted signal data
- All interval signal events have been updated, and
- All signal analytics have been processed.
It is in this fourth dimension the NF's IR displays biological characteristics (emergence, evolution, migration, mutation) that add remarkable value to its interacting with complex systems, such as the financial markets. It is NeuroFission's fast and frugal technology, moreover, that enables
RedRover to accommodate the financial markets complex systems and movements. Let's look at a specific example of how
RedRover utilizes the IR fast and frugal approach to work for you, the investor. For the sake of simplicity of example, we will use only the first three dimensions of the cube, as previously described.
Each of the first three dimensions represents one leg of the cube. Now let's take this working configuration and apply it to FOREX trading. Remember, IR does not use long term history, only short term history, which means the time intervals, or events, will be very short in duration.
When trading in the FOREX markets,
RedRover uses time intervals from 15 minutes (the shortest) to two days (the longest). There are 150 different interval lengths in all where 15 minutes, as just stated, is the shortest, and is followed by 30 minutes, 45 minutes, and the longest and last interval, equaling 150 (interval lengths) x 15(minutes) for a total of 37.5 hours, which is the longest time interval or event.
In the short end of the system, RedRover accumulates prices every 15 minutes; in the long end of the system, price accumulation occurs at a 37.5 hour interval.
Over the course of one week, therefore, NF's RedRover processes many 15 minute intervals, but only a few 37.5 hour ones. Because IR doesn't use long term history, it processes data every 15 minutes and makes a judgment using its rating system. It then throw away data from the previous event and comes away with one number that is the probability of the projected direction of future data the Give-Me-The-Best for that particular event. RedRover then processes the next 15 minute time interval (event) and again uses its rating function to determine the one number that represents the probability of the projected direction of the next group of data.
Using hard numbers, the system, by example, works as follows:
- 18 signals (FOREX pairs)
- 150 time intervals (events) running in length from 15 minutes to 37.5 hours
- 25 analytics (generic algorithms/rules)
The result for the example to the right is:
150 time intervals(events) x 18 signals(FOREX pairs) x 25 analytics(generic algorithms/rules)67,500 cells (or, the size of this cube)
In other words, process is like having 67,500 personal financial analysts working 24 hours a day, five days a week. Not bad!.
So how is this possible? Once again, the beauty and undeniable success of this system stands on NeuroFission's ability to simulate the intuitive process where, according to heuristics doctrine, less is more ... much more.
